9 AM  Registration and Continental Breakfast

9:30 AM  Session 1 - Power of Prayer - The Lord led me through a season of praying for an hour a day and then two hours a day and I learned a ton about the Father, what is on His heart and how to discover your uniqueness in His presence.

10:20 AM  Session 2 - Chief Repenter - If God has given you authority, and every assignment has authority, then He has also given you a intercession/repentance assignment too. There is important private work that needs to be done to mirror public ministry.

11:15 AM  Session 3 - Understanding your uniqueness (All for One) Eph. 4:11. Everyone is called into ministry. How to identify your anointing, find your place in the body of Christ and therefore your unique assignment.

12:00 PM  Lunch

1:00 PM  Session 4 - My 3 tenets of the faith

1. God is love

2. Relationships are the operating system of the kingdom

3. Honor is the currency of the kingdom

2:15 PM  Session 5 - Leading from the heart - The difference in leading from your head and leading with your heart. Your heart cares as much about the relationship as it does being right. Your head can be hard but your heart is soft.

3:15 PM  Session 6 - Condition of the local Church - after visiting 100 churches in 20 denominations, I have formulated some assessments of the local church.
